Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LingvoMania, we aim to provide a transparent and flexible learning experience for all students.

Please review our refund and lesson cancellation policy before purchasing lessons.

1. Lesson Scheduling

All lessons are scheduled in advance based on the student’s and teacher’s availability.

Students are responsible for attending scheduled lessons on time.

2. Lesson Rescheduling

To reschedule a lesson without losing the lesson hour, students must notify LingvoMania at least 4 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Rescheduling requests made later than 4 hours before the lesson may result in the lesson being considered completed.

3. Missed Lessons

If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson may be counted as completed and deducted from the package balance.

If a student joins late, the lesson may still end at the originally scheduled time.

4. Teacher Rescheduling

If a teacher is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, LingvoMania will offer:

• a lesson reschedule; or
• a replacement teacher.

5. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Students may request a refund for unused lessons.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

• completed lessons;
• scheduled lessons;
• previously provided services;
• package conditions;
• lesson attendance history.

Trial lessons and lessons already completed are generally not eligible for refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank.

7. Package Validity

Lesson packages may have a validity period agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Students are encouraged to use all purchased lessons within the recommended study period.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after services have already been provided, LingvoMania reserves the right to submit lesson attendance records, communication history, invoices, and other relevant documentation to the payment provider.
