In 2015, I was working as an English teacher — successful, in demand, with a packed schedule and a long waiting list of students. Many of them were corporate clients: executives, managers, and specialists who studied with me one-on-one or in small groups.
At some point, I simply couldn't keep up. There weren't enough hours in the day. I realized: if I wanted to help more people, I couldn't do it alone anymore.
That's how the idea of starting my own school was born.
I knew exactly what it had to be.
No compromises, no random people on the team. Only strong teachers — experienced, confident, with their own methodology and a genuine desire to teach.
In our first year, we offered both private lessons and mini-groups. But it quickly became clear: only the one-on-one format gives students the maximum — attention, results, and a program tailored to their goals. Since 2016, we've kept group lessons only for corporate clients, and offered everyone else the one-on-one format — online or offline.
Today our team has 52 teachers.
These aren't just professionals with relevant degrees and international certifications. They're people who genuinely care about every student. Each has their own style and approach, but they all share one thing: respect for the student, attention to their goals, and a focus on results.
